Police catch drivers using their mobile phones whilst driving in Warwickshire

During just one week officers issued 16 Traffic Offence Reports (TORs) to drivers for using a handheld mobile phone whilst driving and 2 TOR’s for driving whilst not being in proper control of their vehicle. The public feel strongly about mobile phone use whilst driving too and submitted footage via Op Snap.
