As part of a national 2Wheels two operation in June to improve the safety of cyclists and motorcyclists on our roads, we are sharing moving footage that members of the public submitted to us via Operation Snap as evidence of a potential moving traffic offence.

Warwickshire Road Safety Partnership is encouraging bikers to get the most out of your bike this season by refreshing your riding skills and learning some new ones at a one day BikeSafe or half day Biker Down course.

During 2024, as part of a new Warwickshire led operation called ‘Op Tenacity’, we and other forces stopped 176 drivers who we believe were intentionally trying to avoid being caught and brought to justice.

In a multi-agency road safety operation with Staffordshire Police we intercepted and checked 22 drivers and vehicles were safe and legal as they travelled through the region on the M42 Warwickshire and Staffordshire border.

We arrested 64 people for drink driving related offences in December. We arrested a further eight after positive drug wipe tests.
